What you are involved in for AMA: Media Relations Committee as a part of the Video Team and a member of Cherry Consulting as the Associate Project manager for Soothe.

Why AMA: I AMA because it provides with tremendous amounts of growth. I gain excellent hands-on experience in the marketing world as well as many networking opportunities to meet people within the industry. Both help me figure out what I want to do in Marketing. But, most importantly AMA surrounds me with other motivated and hardworking people which pushes me to do more.

Why AMA: I wanted to find real world application for the knowledge I gained in my marketing major, so AMA was the perfect fit. Also, the plethora of valuable networking opportunities with experienced professionals truly keeps me engaged and involved in the organization.

What you are involved in for AMA: I have served as a photographer/videographer for AMA as well as being involved in the Cherry Consulting Content team as a student consultant, the Viral Ideas team as an Associate Project Manager, and regularly participate in the Professional Development committee.

Why AMA: I really like being a part of AMA for the connections, both internal and external. I have met some great people that are a part of AMA, as well as professionals that are brought in to speak about their industry experience.

What you are involved in for AMA: Junior Account Executive for Cherry Consulting: US Dream Academy and PA Innocence Project; Social Impact Committee member

Why AMA: First is the people. Whether it’s networking with professionals or other students with similar interests, AMA constantly helps me make incredible connections. Second is that AMA has boosted my confidence as a student and a business professional incredibly, and I’m so thankful for that.

What you are involved in for AMA: I mostly am involved in Cherry Consulting. I've loved being a project manager and working with our clients! Otherwise, I always make sure to go to as many meetings as possible and meet other members, whether during speaker sessions or committee meetings.

Why AMA: I AMA for the learning experience. Because of AMA, I've learned about so many different facets of the field, and have found what I really have a passion for: digital marketing. I've even been able to get hands on experience through Cherry Consulting and have talked to SEO and Social Media professionals.

Jacob Coleman

Year: Sophomore

What you are involved in for AMA: Jacob is a project manager for Cherry Consulting where he leads the CC Strategy project. He is also a member of the social impact committee and creates our weekly newsletters. Additionally, Jacob was a part of a finalist team for the Wall Street Journal Case Competition.

Why AMA: Jacob gets a lot out of AMA. Last year he observed how the organization worked, but this year he's getting involved a lot more. Through AMA, he's learned about being a professional, which has then exposed him to great opportunities and allowed him to meet so many great people.
