Project Objectives: 

Perform market research on Temple University students to determine how Saxby’s can improve their offerings.  

Find potential partnerships for Saxby’s to collaborate with on campus.  

Organize and execute an event for Saxby’s on Temple’s campus.

Their shop is part pantry staples and grab & go for the Bella Vista neighborhood, part curated retail destination for local food, beverage & gifts. Their mission is to serve as a launch pad and testing ground for startups, emerging brands, and those from traditionally marginalized and underrepresented groups.

Project Objectives:

  • Enhance knowledge about the customers at Salt and Vinegars locations by conducting market research. 

  • Create product boxes for their inventory and research a pricing strategy for the boxes to ensure success of the product.  

  • Increase awareness about their brand and locations by developing marketing materials and creative assets.

Grace Cafe, our charity of choice, is a restaurant style community meal serving our communities most vulnerable residents, our neighbors currently experiencing homelessness and struggling with food insecurity. Alongside the community meal serve is a weekly wellness clinic, as well as a monthly legal clinic and HIV/Hep.C test.

 

Project Objectives:

Strengthen social media presence and enhance understanding of important causes among target audience, increase donations to strengthen Grace Cafe's funding, and to enhance organization awareness by improving website traffic via SEO
