Internships/Work Experience:
This past summer I interned at Vertex Inc. as their Corporate Communications Intern! I had an amazing experience where I supported work areas of Public Relations, Social Media, Content, Employee Communications, and Video Editing. I will take the valuable skills developed there through all future endeavors of my personal and professional life! I am beyond ecstatic to serve as your TU-AMA President for the 25-26 academic year!

What have you learned from AMA?
AMA has taught me that you should always put yourself out there and be willing to get involved in any way possible. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or have years of marketing experience, the opportunities provided in AMA will teach you something new and help you become more confident in yourself and feel better prepared for any future opportunities!

What area of marketing are you most interested in and why?
I’m very interested in Digital Marketing. I am open to any and all fields of marketing and exploring those, but the reason I say Digital Marketing currently is because it’s my minor and because I enjoy website design and content creation. I think storytelling is also such an important aspect of being a successful marketer and I find myself leveraging that skill in opportunities I’ve had with digital marketing.

What is your favorite TU-AMA memory?
This is a really tough one! I love and value all of the TU-AMA memories I have made these past 3 years, but I think the number one memory for me has to be attending ICC last year and placing 2nd overall in the case competition. As one of the case leads last year, it felt very fulfilling to lead the project from start to finish, and I was so proud to see the group finish so strong. It was so rewarding.
