What have you learned from AMA?
I've learned what it means when people say that networking and relationship building are most important! Each year in AMA, I have made new and inspiring friends, continuing to expand my circle of perspectives and experiences in marketing and beyond. I have also met amazing mentors and made professional connections that have deepened my understanding of the marketing ecosystem across various industries and career paths. These connections have helped me to find what I am passionate about in the field and put me in front of people who can help me accomplish my professional and personal goals.

What area of marketing are you most interested in and why?
I am interested in brand strategy and partnerships. I really love brand building and the considerations of psychology, design, and technicality that go into making a memorable brand. An ideal role for me would be where I can build brand strategy through innovative collaborations and strategic placements across digital and immersive experiences. I am also passionate about sustainability, so working at a company that prioritizes ESG strategy is important to me.

What is your favorite TU-AMA memory?
Last year's AMA International Collegiate Conference (ICC) was my first conference and my first time in NOLA. It was incredible to bond with various people throughout the trip, including my roommates, competition teammates, flight buddies, and the entire group over the weekend. The t-shirt competition was a highlight because everyone thought our bright green t-shirts were iconic, iykyk!
